On Saturday May 20th, Pureform Atmospheres presented the second installment of their year long series of parties entitled "Quest for the Elements". This party represented the "element" Water and was therefore decorated accordingly. This included three huge visual screens, three dimensional day-glo structures, and the return of the giant mechanical lotus flower. This time the flower released clouds of snow onto the party kids as representation of water.

The show went off without a hitch to the delight of the 4000 club kids who made thier way to the Colorado Spring's warehouse. Each DJ put on a fantastic show and kept the floor packed with sweating, smiling dancers. Etain, originally from South Africa, mesmerized the kids with her unique brand of hard trance and driving techno. Dallas DJ Kelly Reverb lit the tables up with furious breaks and cut-ups. Next up was newcomer to Colorado, EdgarV of Miami. He delighted the crowd with thier favorite epic trance and progressive house club hits. Headlining the show, George Acosta followed with a set of moving trance that got the whole room dancing.

New York DJ Vicious Vic thrilled the crowd next with a combination of hard house mix mastery and turntable trickery. He has become one of Colorado's favorite DJ's and is considered Pureform's prize resident. Along side him, his stunning wife performed her beautiful Mime Experience. Another Florida DJ, Dave Mizrachi, followed with a crowd pleasing house and trance set. Closing the show, Alan Endorfun and DJ Diabolic tag-teamed under the moniker Pure Logic.

The night was a huge success and everyone went home smiling. The only complaints were from the suburban households in the area who reported more then 30 noise complaints! This forced the promoters to turn down the volume a bit, but the show went on. You can expect the next Pureform party to be as exciting and entertaining as the last two. We'll see you there.
